Pelican Cove was formed to exploit select real estate dislocations in the hospitality industry. We look for misalignments between low-quality, highly-commoditized properties and the ultimate needs and desires of the consumers.
Our Difference
We focus exclusively on independently branded properties in "action spots"; and flagged properties located in G.E.M. markets (Government, Education & Medical/Healthcare). Specifically, we look for properties in high barrier to entry and recession resistant markets.
Our Approach
We look for mispriced properties where we are able to collaborate with operating partners and industry specialists to craft custom business plans for each property, creating value through renovation, repositioning, rebranding, and / or superior operations, such as driving the top line through sales & revenue management initiatives, and / or implementing expense savings.
